We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. Also, we accept checks.

Many companies prefer to pay by check or purchase order. No problem. Just give us a call at 888-299-6144 and we’ll email you a detailed invoice. You can either get set up in our system and we can bill you.Or, you can process your check and send it to us. We will ship out your cooler the day we receive your check.

You will not be charged sales tax. We are an internet-based company and therefore are not required to collect sales tax.

The cooler comes in a 48′ x 15′ x 15′ inch box and weighs 42 pounds It’s expensive to ship. To keep things simple, we charge a flat rate of $29 per cooler for Fedex Ground (unless there is a special going on).

We normally ship your cooler 1-2 days after you place your order. You should expect 3 – 6 business days for delivery once your item is shipped. Please note that, in most instances, each cooler will require that two boxes be shipped. One will come from the West Coast and will contain the cooler. The other box will come from the East Coast and will contain your purification system, the installation kit and other ancillary products that you purchased. So, please understand that, most likely, the two boxes will arrive on different days.
