Step 1. Choose Your XO BottleLess Cooler

XO Water BottleLess coolers are designed to be easy to install, use, and maintain. We know that some people like to do things themselves, while others are more comfortable letting the pros handle it. Either way, we’ve got you covered.

There are 3 different scenarios:

    Option1: You Install Your XO BottleLess Cooler

    This first scenario is a new installation and requires that waterways be run from the water source (usually under a sink) to the cooler. Then, the cooler needs to be set up. Here is the way it works when you do it yourself.

    1. Your Cooler Is Shipped To You

    Everything you need to get the cooler installed is included with your cooler.

    2. Watch The Set Up Videos

    XO Water customers get access to our step-by-step installation & set up videos and manuals. These will make sure everything gets set up perfectly.

    3. Install Your New Cooler

    Using the videos and manual, install your cooler. You shouldn’t need any special tools to get it done. Need assistance? Call our help desk at 1-888-299-6144.

    4. Enjoy Your Pure Water

    Your cooler is set up. Enjoy your instant hot and instant cold pure XO Water.

      Option2: We Install Your XO BottleLess Cooler

      This second scenario is also a new installation and requires that waterways be run from the water source to the cooler. But, you’d like one of our technicians to install the cooler for you. Here is how that works:

      1. Your Cooler Is Shipped To You

      Everything you need to get the cooler installed is included with your cooler.

      2. Fill Out The Site Survey

      We’ll email you a quick site survey to fill out. We need to get some basic information so that the installer can perform the installation in one trip.

      3. We Call To Schedule Your Installation

      Once we receive your survey, we will give you a call to to schedule the installation. Our goal is to install your cooler the day after the scheduled delivery date – but we work around your schedule.

      4. Enjoy Your Pure Water

      Your cooler is set up. Enjoy your instant hot and instant cold pure XO Water.

        Option3: You Are Replacing A BottleLess Cooler With An XO BottleLess Coole

        This is easy because the current bottleLess water cooler just needs to be unplugged from the water connection – and the new XO BottleLess water cooler needs to be plugged in to the existing waterways. We show you how to do that step-by-step. We also have a service that can set up the cooler for you. Here is how it works:

        1. Your Cooler Is Shipped To You

        Your new XO BottleLess water cooler is shipped to you. Everything you need to get the cooler set up is included with your cooler.

        2. Watch The Set Up Videos

        XO Water customers get access to our step-by-step set up videos and manuals. They’ll show you exactly how to detach the existing BottleLess cooler and how to get your new cooler all set up.

        3. Install Your New Cooler

        Using the videos and manual, set up your cooler. It should take 10-15 minutes and shouldn’t need any tools to get it done. It’s fairly plug ‘n play. Questions? Call the help desk at 1-888-299-6144.
